And when you’re stretched that thin, it’s easy to feel like your body has slipped away from you. Nothing seems to be working anymore, and you’re not sure how to get back to feeling like yourself again.

With a packed schedule, I train regularly, eat food I love (croissants included), and stay at my happy weight. Not because I have more time, but because I use simple systems that adapt to my life.
